As Head of Operations (m/f/d) you are part of the Management Team at IVY & OAK. This position offers you full insights into all different areas within a omni-channel fashion business as well as into IVY & OAK as a fast-growing startup.

IVY & OAK is a Berlin-based omni-channel fashion brand for women contemporary occasionwear launched in May 2016. Our mission is to combine the best that fashion has to offer: High-quality clothing that is not only inspiring and easy to wear but also affordable and made to last. IVY & OAK distributes through our own online shop, own retail store and various fashion platforms. 

We are set to enter the next exciting phase of growth over the coming years and are looking for someone to head up our operations team. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

• You are in charge of Supply Chain, Warehousing, Shop Management, and Customer Service

• You are heading a team of 7 – and manage several external service providers

• You not only ensure smooth and efficient day to day operations – but also build an excellent service delivery organization that can handle the companies future growth

• You are KPIs driven and make sure SLAs are met to always have full control over both, B2C and B2B operations

• You continuously challenge processes and technology to make the organization more efficient every day

• You directly report to C-level – and based on the companies overall strategy develop the operations roadmap

YOUR SKILLS

• You have >7 years “hands-on” experience and proven track record in preferably eCommerce-Operations

• You transformed strategy into clear objectives, tactics & budgets that are aligned across the organisation and ensure focus and efficiency across your teams

• You are a proven great communicator and know how to comprehensively convey your position and ideas to top-level management stakeholders

• You have a strong leadership track record

• Superb attention to detail and organization skills along with a firm commitment to deadlines

• You have the ability to understand and react to changing market dynamics
