As a Merchandising Assistant (m/f/d) you are part of the Merchandising Team. This position offers you a comprehensive insight into the different business areas within e-commerce as well as into IVY & OAK as a fast-growing startup. As part of a dedicated and cross-functional team you will have a steep learning curve and will support many other team members from the different departments across IVY&OAK. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Compiling product reviews and analyzing trading data on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis to assure an accurate, successful stock management.
• Support in optimizing our in-season/ post season processes as well as product and stock management, and our overall merchandising strategy
• Close collaboration with Product & Design, Performance Marketing and Brand Management to insure the right product push and positioning
• Creating and maintaining reports to detect opportunities and identify reorder potential for the in-season supply management of our direct-to-consumer channels, as well as our wholesale partners
• Supporting the merchandising manager in all operational and administrative matters

YOUR SKILLS

• You study business administration, e-commerce, fashion management, product management, or have a comparable, relevant qualification.
• You are motivated to build the bridge between fashion and data.
• Excellent analytical skills - you love to work with numbers and figures. 
• Strong MS Office skills – especially Excel.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace collaborating and act proactively. 
• You are open to continuous change and actively seek improvements and practical solutions in your area of responsibility.
• You have a structured way of working, know how to take ownership for your tasks, organizing your work efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time.
• Very good knowledge of English
