IVY & OAK is one of Europe's fastest growing fashion labels and is represented beyond the borders of Europe with its own online store, its own store and through various retail partners.

We are set to enter the next exciting phase of rapid growth over the coming years and are looking to strengthen our team.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Communication with suppliers and building relationships with them
  • Negotiation of prices and delivery dates of fabrics, trims, and garments
  • Creation and maintenance of line sheets and order overviews
  • Order placement (Co-definition of own stock quantities and placing orders through the ERP and reorder management)
  • ERP maintenance
  • Finding and onboarding of new suppliers if needed
  • Participation in sustainability projects
  • Support with trend research and conduct store checks
  • Attending concept & proto meeting and submit fabric information to the product team
  • Fabric sourcing with special attention to sustainable fabrics
  • Fabric testing in collaboration with the Product Development Team
  • Fabric block and leftover management
  • Attend fabric fairs


YOUR SKILLS

  • A degree in fashion management or in business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience (approx. 2-3 years) in Fashion Buying or Product Management, ideally with a focus on high-end women’s clothing
  • Understanding of the fashion industry (particularly in e-commerce business) and a passion for textile products
  • Knowledge about sustainable materials and sustainability in the fashion sector is important
  • Keen sense of trends and quality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are highly motivated, a team player and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are structured, priority-oriented, and have an independent way of working
  • Experience with Excel sheets and PPT is a must, experience with an ERP system is desired
  • Very good spoken and written English
