  • In your role you keep the management’s back free and help us to move forward
  • You are the very first point of contact for all inquiries via phone, e-mail and post
  • Coordination of appointments and calendar maintenance, planning and organisation of business trips as well as travel expense report
  • You oversee all business-related and private correspondences
  • Assistance in planning and organising business appointments and events
  • You are the go-to person of in- and external, take care of our guests as well as the coordination of our meeting rooms
  • Office Management: Your make sure that everything works, you take care of the office supplies and you help us to keep the office in a representative condition
  • For the entire team you are a trustworthy and reliable contact person and support us in everyday topics and processes


  • Successfully completed studies or business / commercial apprenticeship, as well as practical professional experience as an assistant or a comparable position (e.g. hotel sector)
  • You are an organizational talent with a courteous, structured and analytical way of working
  • Quick changing tasks do not make you feel at rest, but motivate you
  • You have an open and friendly attitude and are particularly service oriented
  • Reliable and driven, with a desire to get things done and a willingness to take initiative when things are unclear
  • Fluent in German with strong English skills
  • You are a confident user of MS Office
