As a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the Sales Team at IVY & OAK. This position offers you comprehensive insights into the world of sales and partnerships as well as into IVY & OAK as a fast-growing startup. As part of a dedicated and cross-functional team you will have a steep learning curve and will support many other team members from the different departments across IVY&OAK.

We are set to enter the next exciting phase of rapid growth over the coming years and are looking to strengthen our team.

For the first months we are looking for someone to support us on a 20h/ week basis – over time this will develop into a 40h / week role.

We are ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. 


  • Communicating with B2B-Customers and Agents over the phone and through email to build great relationships.
  • Support all sales functions, including reporting, order management, and execution of IVY & OAK‘s operational processes.
  • Achieve operational excellence by accomplishing deadlines, having consistent accuracy, and looking for improvement in our ways of working.
  • Thoughtfully resolving order issues in collaboration with customers, the sales team and the operations team.
  • Support Account Executives with their daily business – especially during sales campaigns in our showrooms
  • Manage all size scales and other information within SAP to ensure deliveries arrive on time, and to avoid and resolve charge backs.


  • A degree in business administration, e-commerce, fashion management or comparable relevant qualification.
  • Apprenticeship or first relevant professional experiences in the Sales field is a plus.
  • Motivation to always serve our B2B clients and offer them the best possible service.
  • Excellent analytical skills and love to work with numbers and figures. Strong MS Office skills – especially Excel.
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaborating and acting proactively. Be open to continuous change and actively seek improvements and practical solutions in your area of responsibility.
  • You have a structured and way of working, know how to take ownership for your tasks, organizing your work efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time.
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is a strong plus.
