IVY & OAK is one of the fastest growing European fashion labels selling through our own online shop, own retail store and various fashion platforms across the borders of Europe. We are set to enter the next exciting phase of our journey and are looking to significantly strengthen our team.

As an Sales Manager Northern Europe (m/f/d) you are part of the Sales-Team at IVY & OAK. This position offers you a comprehensive insight into the different business areas within a multi-channel-distribution-business as well as into IVY & OAK as a fast-growing startup. As part of a dedicated and cross-functional team you will have a steep learning curve and will collaborate with many other team members from the different departments across IVY & OAK.

We are set to enter the next exciting phase of rapid growth over the coming years and are looking to significantly strengthen our team.


YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Driving B2B-growth in the brand’s future key markets Scandinavia, France and UK
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive partner distribution roadmap that aligns with the company strategy
  • Make sure to find the perfect balance between department store- and boutique-business
  • Build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with premium luxury fashion destinations
  • Managing the sales calendar and all related activities for each season
  • Present and sell the IVY & OAK line to partners during season-kick-off- and order-meetings
  • Execution of excellent customer service for all existing Partners and collaborations with key accounts
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product- and Merchandising-Team to optimize the company’s inventory

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years professional work experience in the area of sales within the premium luxury fashion industry
  • Established business relationships with buyers and/or category managers at premium luxury fashion destinations (especially in the markets: Scandinavia, France and UK)
  • A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, always imagining what’s possible
  • Highly successful at cultivating collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Excellent command of the English language – additional languages are a plus
  • Re-Location to Berlin is NOT a necessity – you need to be where the clients are
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of sustainability, CSR and circular economy are a big plus
